With a love for visual arts and a right brain for spatial mechanics, Le has been intrigued with creating visual environments that tell a story and lead people through stimulating experiences. As lighting renders all visual compositions, lighting evokes emotional responses and can signify subtle messages that lead and move people, all of which can enrich the experience of space.

Le migrated to Los Angeles by way of Kansas, where she has had the opportunity of 13 years experience working with talented designers, architects, artisans and developers to create a wide range of projects: LA Live, Maryland Hotel, Our Mother of Confidence, Anaheim Convention Center Arena, the Montage Spa and Resort, Neeley Residence, Westfield Shopping Redevelopment, Electronic Arts Headquarters, Ground Zero and Fox Screening Rooms just to name a few. Le leads project teams of FKA designers and collaborates with project team consultants towards a cohesive vision of architectural beauty. Leading and stimulating people in other ways, she also unites the FKA team of talented professionals to work as a unified FKA force illuminating and leading the way into the future of lighting design.
