Scope
This 42.8-acre residential and commercial development includes 1,380 urban-style homes and flats, two 14-story luxury high rise towers,a 2.2-acre central park, a central park clubhouse, a four-story office building and 19,700 sf. Neighborhood retail space. Our lighting scope of work includes exterior lighting for entrances to the residential communities, including monuments, roads, sidewalks, gatehouses, and associated landscape improvements; amenities areas for residents including central park paths, play and picnic areas, sport courts and clubhouse exterior, and on site paths and paseos; guidelines for exterior lighting of the residential homes and high rise towers; guidelines for commercial development exterior lighting including, office and retail buildings, parking structure, parking lot lighting, sidewalks, and building elevations. Interior lighting scope will be limited to the interior of the clubhouse and the gatehouse.
