Lighting design and analysis for a 3,800 acre residential community of 942 lots, private roads, golf clubhouse, community clubhouse, entry structures, and bridges. Services include lighting design guidelines, conceptual street lighting and lighting hardware specifications, landscape lighting and coordination with city of San Diego light pollution regulations.
