Lighting design and site analysis for the proposed expansion of Universal City for MCA\Universal. This project encompasses public and private street improvements at Universal City, as well as exterior façade and site landscape lighting design guidelines. Related work included Environmental Impact Report and Specific Plan to meet County and City regulatory approval.
