Scope
Mixed-use residential and retail project along historic Colorado Boulevard with 304 unit apartments in three buildings over subterranean parking separated by landscaped courtyards, with retail along Colorado. Lighting helps to animate the public space with decorative and sparkling wall lanterns, while soft, indirect light marks the private residential areas. Each building has unique lighting details to create distinct identities related to the architectural design.
