Lighting design services for this 1.2 million square foot, 693 unit high rise residential project includes exterior building accent lighting design for tower base and crown, entrances, tower, and penthouse, exterior lighting for the Townhouse façades and terraces, exterior lighting for the entrance canopies, interior public spaces including the main residential lobbies, elevator cabs and lobbies, corridors, and amenity spaces.
