Scope
Lighting design for six residential apartment buildings surrounded by landscaped courtyards totalling 843,000 sf. including leasing office, pool and recreation center, lobbies, walkways, and pathways between buildings, and unit interiors. Site lighting design included development of a custom street light fixture and walkway wall sconces, including detailed design, mock-ups and testing.
