Residential multi story apartment project fills this triangular site over subterranean parking with internal landscaped courtyards. Lighting is designed to support a resort hotel like atmosphere with soft, indirect lighting along the walkways and internal courtyards. Lighitng scope included landscape lighting, exterior building façade, interior lobby, offices, meeting rooms, mail rooms, recreational room and residential parking.
