Lighting design and analysis for this private estate located on 7 ocean front acres. Scope of work included all site and landscape lighting such as the residential façade lighting, outdoor amphitheater, gardens, screening room exterior patio, pool terrace, guest house perimeter, pergola, motor court, main entry gates and drive, and all circulation and path lighting throughout the site.
