Scope
Consultant for the Landscape Architect, Francis Krahe & Associates provided design guidelines for the hardscaped courtyard along with the pool deck, pedestrian paths, and perimeter parking areas. From dramatic water features to intimate courtyards the design responded to both the desired lighting effects and the City lighting ordinance implemented to reduce stray light in the night sky.
