Scope
FK&A designed exterior and interior lighting systems for this 1.3 million sf. mixed-use development which includes a hotel, two office towers, and a retail atrium. FK&A designed a street light, exterior wall sconce, and an interior pole light that defines the limits of the office, hotel and retail complex which covers five city blocks. The interior lighting program includes the multi-level connecting atrium, office building lobby, and hotel lobbies, ballroom/meeting room facilities, and restaurants.
