Scope
This mixed-use downtown district for the City of Lakewood combines retailers, boutique stores, restaurants, cafes, theatres, galleries, offices, residences, parks and plazas - all within 22 city blocks and will also be home to a hotel. Scope includes exterior public areas such as all street lighting, walkways, plazas, garden spaces (including water features and sculptures), kiosks and site amenities, exterior building façade lighting, and exterior parking structure elevations, site entrances and on site roads.
