Barbara brings over 19 years design and construction experience in the lighting design industry with a background in Civil Engineering and Masters in Lighting Design providing her to achieve in design sensibility & artistic expression together with technical knowledge of lighting principles and building technology. Before moving to USA, she has 6 years of working experience in China. She knows well of both US and Asia projects operation process and local code requirements. She has led the Francis Krahe & Associates design team for large scale international and domestic projects including institutional, office, hospitality, retail and mixed-use developments. She is involved in all aspects of design process from initial site analysis, schematic design to construction coordination. Barbara collaborates extensively with our clients to develop creative and practical solutions that build upon and enhance the architectural design concept.
